Does the subscription come with a discount?

Yes. You automatically get 10% off every order.
You can also sign up for our emails to get an extra 15% off your first delivery.

Can I add my loyalty points to my order?

Yes, you can! Simply log in at least one day before your next order is due to be generated and you can choose to add your loyalty points to your next order.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, you can log in and change, add, or remove products. Just make sure to do it the day before your next order processes.
You can also add one-off extras whenever you need them.

I need to change my address

If you need to update your address in two places. Update it in your main Nudog account and also inside your subscription portal.
This ensures your recurring orders go to the correct location.

I have a discount code, can I use it on my subscription? 

You can use a discount code on your first subscription order. The discount applies to that first order only. If you have a code that is valid for existing subscriptions, you can log in and apply it to your next scheduled delivery.

Is it easy to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log into the subscription portal and cancel at least one day before your next order processes.

I'm having some difficulty with my subscription, what can I do?

Our Customer Service team can help with any issues you might have, simply give us an email . We are available 8am-4pm every weekday and aim to get back to you as quickly as possible.
